I have been wanting to try yoga for years, but never found the right setting until I started practicing at breathe.  I felt safe and comfortable learning in the "new to yoga" class and have enjoyed the philosophy at breathe that has allowed me to challenge myself at my own pace and focus on being present during my practice rather than doing each pose perfectly.

I am new to yoga and Breathe.  I recently completed Carly's "New to Yoga" series of three classes.  It was perfect for me in that it really eased my apprehensions about yoga.  It was also very informative.
 After the "New to Yoga" series I knew that I wanted to continue yoga and chose Breathe because of how comfortable I felt in class, the key tag and drop in class schedule.

My experience at Breathe has always been a positive one. My friend and I recently took the beginners yoga class and fell in love with it.  The people that gathered for this class were in the same boat as us and made it all the merrier.  I never felt out of place or embarrassed to try certain positions.  The instructors were great!!
Every time I walk into Breathe, the Breathe family is always welcoming.  Thank you for making it a consistent positive experience!!!
