I was looking for a way to help myself grow through yoga. My best friend was doing the program and I thought it would be a great help to have each other committed to the same goal so we could support each other. The funny thing is that it added a little more stress to my life by adding "one more thing to do" but once I got on my mat that stress disappeared.
So yes - I wanted to grow in my yoga and I definitely did.

I don't think I can single out ONE thing that was most beneficial in the 40 Day Program, but...
* Having my progress tracked on the white board was motivating
* I liked the nutrition and digestion classes most
* Learning how to keep the noise out of my head while I'm in class makes me want to practice more

The classes are always challenging and fun - but what I REALLY liked were the lifestyle sessions - each one was terrific!

I found the lifestyle sessions and the power vinyasa basics classes most beneficial. It was helpful to learn the flow and technique and then join into the open level classes feeling more comfortable.

40 Days was something on my "bucket list". I wanted to make my practice more of a habit.
All pieces of the program worked together very well - I can't pinpoint one over another. The lifestyle sessions were GREAT! They brought awareness to the fact that we are more that just our bodies. I learned a lot about how all aspects supported each other in terms of mind, body and spirit balance.
The program exceeded my expectations!
