NEW AT BREATHE

It's the Garbage Plate for the lotus crowd. Breathe, a yoga studio and cafÃ?© in Pittsford, has introduced the Buddha bowl, a bed of greens topped with a vegetarian protein or chicken, a grain and choice of two vegetables. It sells for $11, $6 for a baby Buddha bowl. breathe^® is also now offering food to go: wraps, sides, green salads, hummus and other items.

Lastly, breathe^® is partnering with the Good Food Buying Club, a local foods membership program that works like a CSA. Every Friday afternoon, members pick up their share of locally and sustainably grown produce and other products. For more, go to www.breatheyoga.com.
