We want to give as many people the opportunity to practice yoga and meditation as possible. We want to see you on your mat as often as we can, and we know that sometimes you'll need to cancel your plans. 

To create the best opportunity for all of our yogis, you'll see our early cancellation, late cancellation and no show policies below. When possible, we encourage you to cancel early so you can use your class for another time that works for you, and this also will allow other yogis to book a class. If you need to late cancel or aren't able to make it, you will be charged for a class or a fee to offset the spot that was unused.

To cancel your class, please log into your MindBody account. Go to the Profile screen. Select the class or appointment you'd like to cancel. Tap Cancel, then Cancel Booking to confirm. 

Note: you must be opted in to “reminders and schedule changes.” Even if you opt out of this setting, you will still be charged.

Early cancellation (2 hours or more before class): No charge.

Late cancellation (2 hours or less before class) or no show: One class will be deducted from your account.

Early cancellation (2 hours or more before class): No charge. Your pass will be available to use for your next class.

Late cancellation (2 hours or less before class) or no show: One class will be deducted from your account. If you are on any of our unlimited plans, you will be charged a late cancellation fee of $15 for yoga classes and $10 for meditation classes (less than the cost of a drop-in class).

Online classes: You’ll be able to book online classes one week at a time--so if it’s Monday, you can book through the end of day on Sunday. Registration closes 10 minutes before class starts so that you are in the system to get the auto email with the class link 5 minutes before class.
 
In studio classes: You’ll be able to book in studio classes three days at a time--so if it’s Monday, you can book through the end of day on Wednesday. Online registration closes 10 minutes before class starts. 

If you are a Living Yoga Member or meditate. Now. Member: Your membership renews on the 1st of the month, classes in the following month cannot be booked until your Living Yoga membership renews for the following month. Once the charge goes through on the first of the month and your membership is active for that month, you will be able to book these classes.

At this time, there are a very limited number of spots available in each studio. To give as many people as possible the opportunity to practice in the studio, we are setting a narrow booking window of a few days. As more classes are added and as restrictions ease, we intend to expand this out.
 
There are four ways to book class: on the MINDBODY app, on the MINDBODY website, on our website, calling/stopping in at our stores.

If you are a Living Yoga Member or meditate. Now. Member and it's the end of the Month... Your membership renews on the 1st of the month, classes in the following month cannot be booked until your Living Yoga membership renews for the following month. Once the charge goes through on the first of the month and your membership is active for that month, you will be able to book these classes.
  • Download the MINDBODY app: Apple or Google Play

  • Find and favorite all of the breathe studios that you visit.

    1. Go to explore>businesses. In the search bar, type “breathe” and the location or zip code of the location you want to favorite. 

    2. Note: All of our online classes are scheduled at our Pittsford location (zip code 14534), our Headquarters. This makes it easy for you to see all online classes regardless of which teacher is leading. 

  • Click “view schedule.”

  • Click “book.” Any of your breathe passes will show up for use. If you are out of classes, you can purchase in the app.

  • Add to your calendar, share with your friends. 


A few troubleshooting tips:

  • ​Check that you have the latest version of the app on your phone.
  • Use the same email that you get your breathe emails sent to. 

  • If you forgot your password, click forgot password to reset it.

  • If you don’t see your breathe passes in your account, log out and then log back in. If they still are MIA, send a verification email by going to Profile>Settings gear>send account confirmation email.

  • If you still are having issues, reach out to the MINDBODY app support team. Go to Profile>Settings gear>contact us for assistance.

  2. Find the class you’d like to sign up for. Click SIGN UP NOW.
  3. Log in. Send yourself a reminder email if you forgot your password.
  4. Click “make a single reservation” to reserve your class.

You’ll get a registration email within a few minutes of making your reservation. It has tons of great info and reminders for you. If you don’t see it,

You’ll get your link to class 60 minutes before class starts. If you sign up with less than 60 minutes before class starts, you will receive the class link 5 minutes before class starts. We close registration 10 minutes before class starts so you can get the link. 
For online classes, yes. You will pay for your class when you book. 

You’ll get a registration email within a few minutes of making your reservation. It has tons of great info and reminders for you. If you don’t see it, check your junk folder and then move it/mark it as not junk so it’ll go straight to your inbox next time.

You’ll get your link to class 60 minutes before class starts. If you sign up with less than 60 minutes before class starts, you will receive the class link 5 minutes before class starts. We close registration 10 minutes before class starts so you can get the link. 


We know that life happens and sometimes you may not be able to join on time. If you’re up to 10 minutes late, you can join the class using your link. Please log in on time. Just as in a yoga studio, it can be disruptive to the teacher and students.

Just like in our yoga studio, we don’t allow people to sit and watch. So yes, please have your video on. 

Your instructor needs to see you in order to offer real instruction and ensure your safety. Everyone will be practicing with you at the same time. We will remove anyone in the class without video on for the privacy of everyone in the class.

There won’t be music played in the background like in the studio. The email with your class link will have some music options. Or you can use your own music or practice in silence.

It’s unlikely, but if you get disconnected, just click the class link and try again. Most often it’s bandwidth issues with your internet or too many people online in your house at the same time.

What ot expect: When you arrive to check in you will read, answer, and sign next to your name that you have answered "no" to the following questions: 
 

1) Have you had any COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days: cough, fever, chills, shortness of breath, muscle pain, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell? 

2) Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days?

3) Have you been in close contact with someone who has confirmed or suspected COVID-19?

Please bring with you your mat and any props you may need for practice

To limit restroom use inside of breathe, please use the restroom prior to coming to class 

Masks are required inside of breathe but are not required outside -- all mat spaces will be 6 feet apart to adhere to social distance standards 

We’re keeping a close eye on the weather. If breathe needs to cancel class, you’ll get an email before class letting you know class is cancelled and it will be cancelled in the Mindbody app. You will not be charged for the class. 

Since you’ll be outdoors, please bring any extra layers so you can keep yourself as warm or cool as you like (especially as the weather changes).

Your name and email that you include on your waiver must match your profile name and email in our system. Also, per New York State guidelines, we are required to have your updated phone number and home address for contact tracing purposes.

Check-In: Please check-in at the Juice Bar. To keep check-in process quick and easy, please be sure to sign your liability waiver before coming to class (once you sign it one time, you do not need to sign it again)

What to expect: When you arrive to check in you will read, answer, and sign next to your name that you have answered "no" to the following questions: 

1) Have you had any COVID-19 symptoms in the past 14 days: cough, fever, chills, shortness of breath, muscle pain, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell? 

2) Have you tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days?

3) Have you been in close contact with someone who has confirmed or suspected COVID-19?

4) Have you traveled out of state in the last 14 days?

Restroom use: If possible, please use the restroom prior to coming to breathe. Hand sanitizer is available for use upon entry into all locations as well as in all studios. 
Teacher and student are required to wear masks at all times. Per New York State guidelines, masks must cover nose and mouth and bandanas, buffs, or gaiters are not considered to be acceptable face coverings in gyms or studios. 
Please bring your mat, towel, block, strap, and anything else you may need for class. You may bring your own water bottle or we have bottled water for sale at all locations (we are no longer able to refill water bottles). 
 
Cleaning and safety: 
1) Each studio location has been inspected by the Department of Health prior to re-open

2) All locations will have 30 minutes between class times to allow for cleaning protocols to take place as well as to eliminate possibility for crossover between students exiting / entering a class

3) All props (blocks, blankets, bolsters) have been removed from the studios until further notice 

4) All high-touch surfaces (door knobs, railings, light switches, remotes etc) are disinfected after every class

5) All studios are operating at 33% capacity while maintaining 6-feet social distancing standards

6) Each studio is mopped with a disinfectant that is identified by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as effective against COVID-19

7) Each studio uses a fogger or electrostatic mister daily
Most importantly, if you are feeling sick or experiencing any cold or flu symptoms, please do not attend class.

These classes run best on a high speed WIFI network. If you are not using WIFI these classes will use data.
