Our Heated Studio is home to Power Vinyasa and Power Vinyasa Basics and features state-of-the-art infrared heat panels. Infrared heat warms objects and bodies directly, creating a more even temperature throughout the room. Our Wellness Studio features gently heated floors and a calming atmosphere. Classes include Foundations, Restorative, Yin, Restorative with Sound Bath, Yin with Sound Bath, and guided meditation.
