Aging Optimally: Part 1

Regardless of how old you are, you are aging. The way we collectively think of aging is painfully outdated. How you feel in your body, your mindset, and your sense of purpose has far greater influence in what later life looks like than the number of candles on your birthday cake. 

As a dietitian and a yoga & meditation teacher, I have some powerful tools in my toolbox that I would love to share with you. Join me as we dive into cutting-edge nutrition, sleep hygiene, how to build & maintain muscle, and, of course, practices to create an abundance mindset.

Building on the foundation established in Part 1, we discuss the ‘frosting on the cake’ in Part 2. When layered on top of a healthy lifestyle, supplements, skincare, and proper hydration can take the way you look and feel to a new level.

  • Explore supplements for optimal aging
