Why We Make Our Almond & Cashew Milk In-House
When you order a latte, you probably think about the coffee first.
We think about the milk, too.
It’s a big part of your drink. Its flavor, its texture, and the way it works with the other ingredients all matter. So when we choose what to serve, we start by looking at what goes into it.
Then we taste it.
Because we want to feel good about the ingredients we offer—and we want you to love your drink.
Ingredients come first
We prepare our almond and cashew milks in-house every one to two days, using organic nut concentrate and filtered water.
Simple ingredients, prepared regularly, with care.
That’s a choice we make deliberately. Before something becomes part of our menu, we look closely at the ingredients. We want to be proud of what we’re serving.
Our almond and cashew milks are part of that same approach.
Then comes the flavor
An ingredient can look good on paper. How it tastes in your cup matters just as much.
We consider how each milk tastes on its own and how it works with the coffee and other flavors in our lattes. We want everything to come together in a drink you enjoy from the first sip to the last.
That means tasting, paying attention, and being particular.
We’re happy to be particular about your coffee.
A little more care in your everyday cup
Making our milks in-house takes time. It’s one of the details we choose to spend time on because our goal is to offer top-notch ingredients and taste.
Your morning latte might be a familiar routine. It might be a pause after class or something you pick up on your way to work.
Whatever brings you in, we want it to be something you look forward to.
Next time you’re here, we’d love to make your favorite drink with our housemade almond or cashew milk. If you’re curious about which to try, just ask. We’re happy to help you find a favorite.
