Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely and bring a water bottle, yoga mat and towel. If you’re taking a heated class, we recommend having a towel for your practice. Mats and towels are also available to rent at breathe.
-
No. You’re always welcome to come in and take a class without booking ahead. If you prefer to reserve your spot in advance, you can book through the Mindbody app or our Class Schedule. Some of our more popular class times do fill up, so booking ahead can be helpful.
-
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before class. Check in at the Juice Bar, put your belongings in a cubby, and give yourself a few minutes to get settled before class begins.

We want everyone at breathe to have the best possible experience. Please help us create a welcoming and respectful space by keeping these class guidelines in mind:
Arrive early. We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before class so you have time to check in and get settled. Late entry is permitted for Power Vinyasa classes up to 10 minutes after class begins. There is no late entry for Restorative, Yin or Meditation classes.
Silence phones and smart watches. Please turn devices off or silence them completely, including vibration.
Store your belongings. Please leave shoes, coats and bags in the designated areas. We strongly recommend leaving valuables at home, as breathe is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Bring a water bottle. Water bottles are welcome in the studio; please do not bring open cups or other beverages.
Talk with your teacher. Let your instructor know about any injuries, health concerns or anything else that may be helpful for them to know before class. Our teachers will do their best to offer modifications when appropriate.
Leaving early? Please let your instructor know before class and plan to leave quietly before savasana begins.
Not feeling well? Please stay home, rest and return to class when you’re feeling better.
Thank you for being mindful of our shared space. Together, we create an environment that feels supportive and welcoming to all.

Yoga mats are also available for purchase in our retail boutique, along with clothing and other yoga accessories.
In-Studio Classes
-
Please check in at the Juice Bar when you arrive. If you have a breathe key tag, have it ready to scan. If you don’t have your key tag, our team can look up your profile using your phone number.
If it’s your first visit, please complete your liability waiver before class. You only need to complete it once.
-
Please bring a yoga mat, towel and water bottle to class. A towel is especially important for our heated Power Vinyasa classes to help keep your mat comfortable and less slippery.
If you need one, mats and towels are available to rent, and bottled water is available for purchase. We also sell yoga mats in our retail boutique.
We recommend leaving valuables at home, as breathe is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist through Mindbody.
More than 2 hours before class: If a spot becomes available, Mindbody will automatically add the next person on the waitlist to the class. You’ll receive a notification by text or email, depending on your Mindbody notification settings.
Less than 2 hours before class: The automatic waitlist stops. If a spot becomes available, we’ll call you to see if you’d like to attend.
If your plans change: Please remove yourself from the waitlist. Once you are added to the class, our standard 2-hour cancellation policy applies.
If you’re registered for a full class: Please check in at the Juice Bar when you arrive. If you haven’t checked in within 10 minutes after class begins, your spot may be given to someone on the waitlist.
There is no late entry for Yin, Restorative or Meditation classes.

Online Classes
-
You’ll receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of registering for an online class. If you don’t see it, please check your junk or spam folder and mark the email as “not junk” so future emails go directly to your inbox. You can also add info@breatheyoga.com to your contacts or favorites to help ensure our emails reach your inbox.
Your class link will be emailed to you 60 minutes and again 5 minutes before class begins. Registration for online classes closes 20 minutes before class begins.
If you don’t receive your class link, you can access it here:
livestream.breatheyoga.com/index.php
You’ll be asked to enter your email address and birth year. Both must match the information in your profile at breathe to access your class.
-
Have your yoga mat and any props you typically use ready before class begins. Depending on the class, this may include blocks, a strap, blanket or bolster.
Don’t have yoga props at home? No problem. Pillows and blankets can work well, sturdy books can be used in place of blocks, and a belt or tie can work as a strap.
Have water nearby and give yourself a few minutes to get settled before class begins.
-
If you get disconnected during class, simply click your class link to rejoin.
Connection issues can sometimes be caused by internet bandwidth or multiple devices using the same internet connection. If possible, close other programs or devices that may be using bandwidth and try joining again.
-
Yes. We ask that you keep your video on during online classes so your instructor can see you and provide guidance throughout your practice.
Just like an in-studio class, our online classes are designed for active participation rather than observation. Keeping cameras on also helps us protect the privacy of everyone practicing together.
Participants who do not have their video on may be removed from the class.
-
You may cancel your online class 2 hours or more before class begins without penalty.
For cancellations made less than 2 hours before class or for a no-show:
Online Memberships: There is no late cancellation or no-show fee.
Class passes: One class will be deducted from your pass.
If you need help removing yourself from an online class, or have questions about a cancellation, please contact us at info@breatheyoga.com.
Assisted Classes
-
An Assisted Class includes both a teacher and an assistant in the room. While the teacher leads the class, the assistant moves throughout the room providing hands-on assists and adjustments to students during the practice.
-
An assist, or hands-on adjustment, is intended to enhance a pose you’re already practicing. It is not meant to correct or change the pose, but rather to support and amplify the action you’re already doing.
For example, in Child’s Pose, an assistant may gently anchor the base of the spine while guiding along the back to create a greater sense of length through the torso.
-
Absolutely. You are always welcome to attend an Assisted Class and choose not to receive hands-on assists.
At the beginning of class, the teacher will let everyone know that the class is being assisted and give you an opportunity to opt out. This is typically done while students are in Child’s Pose, when you can simply raise your hand to let the assistant know privately that you prefer not to be assisted.
You’re also welcome to speak with the teacher or assistant before class about any injuries, concerns or preferences.
