About Martha: Martha recently retired after many years as a school teacher, bringing the same thoughtful and caring approach to her yoga students that she brought to the classroom. Her natural ability to create an inclusive and welcoming space allows students to feel comfortable being themselves and confident in their practice—whether they are brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years. Martha’s classes foster a sense of positivity, connection, and ease, and her love of teaching continues to shine through in every class she leads. Outside of breathe, Martha enjoys gardening, reading, traveling, and spending time with family.
