What I’m Doing to Protect My Health
(and Why Consistency Matters)

People often ask me what I’m actually doing day-to-day to protect my health as I age, especially after a year that asked more of my body than I ever expected. In this workshop, I share my personal supplement and nutrition routine, not as a prescription, but as a real-life example of how consistency supports strength, energy, sleep, and resilience over time.
We’ll talk about the foundational habits that matter most, how supplements can support (not replace) those pillars, and why simple, repeatable choices outperform perfection every time. I’ll walk you through what I take, when I take it, and, most importantly - why.
This is a practical, grounded conversation about aging robustly, rebuilding trust with your body, and creating routines you can actually sustain.
Because the magic isn’t in doing everything.
It’s in doing the right things—consistently.

Meditation to Support Your Heart Qi

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the qi (or energy) of the heart "stores the spirit." In this context the "spirit" is directly linked to a person's consciousness -- how you process emotions, the clarity in your thoughts, and your ability to sleep soundly at night. When the heart qi is vibrant, all these components function optimally. Learn in this workshop how to supplement your heart qi by accessing acupuncture points through your meditation practice.
