What I've learned from my personal practice…

So many things… where do I start? Yoga has taught me to pay attention – to my mind and body and discover what I need in each moment. Through my practice, I’ve learned to find stillness and ease, both on and off my mat. I have learned the power of my breath to help me reset – I often find myself taking deep cleansing breaths throughout my day whenever I need a quick reset.

I love teaching…

I love everything about teaching but I especially love guiding people through the first few poses of the practice and through sun salutations. It’s a beautiful thing to witness people as they quiet their minds and connect with their breath.

I'm inspired by…

The community of yogis and instructors at breathe. Every time I step onto my mat, whether it’s to teach or practice, I learn something new. I also draw inspiration from my family, nature, and things that I read.

My other passion or hobby in life is...

Spending time with my family and friends, reading, spending time outside, and playing paddle.
