What I’ve learned from my personal practice…

That slowing down is a form of devotion. My practice has deepened alongside motherhood, teaching me to listen more closely, soften my expectations, and meet each moment with patience and compassion. The body holds wisdom when we create space to truly hear it.

I love teaching…

Yin, restorative, and foundations classes where time softens, nervous systems settle, and people feel safely held. I love offering practices that support deep rest, resilience, and remembering ourselves, especially in seasons of caregiving and transition.

I’m inspired by…

Motherhood in all its forms, the quiet strength it reveals, and the way presence becomes both a practice and a necessity. I’m continually inspired by the breath, nature’s rhythms, and the subtle intelligence that emerges when we slow down enough to listen.

My other passion or hobby in life is…

Photography and living slowly with my family. Long walks / runs, time near water, shared rituals, and creating a life that honors embodiment, nourishment, and devotion in the everyday.
